Located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Rinaldo's is a purveyor of fine Italian-American Specialties. Rinaldo Brothers, Tony and Sam come from a family that loves and respects Italian American food. Born and raised in Halifax, with roots in Buffalo, New York, and Sicily. Expect the freshest bread and pastries, pizza just like their father Salvatore used to make, Aunt Fran's meatballs, Grandma's eggplant parmesan and so much more. "It's not just food, it's family."

PMQ

A fresh new beer hall and restaurant bringing locally-sourced, German-inspired cooking to Halifax. Chef Ian Clarke was born and raised in β€œPrivate Married Quarters” housing in Lahr, Germany. He felt a deep need to recreate his childhood comfort foods inspired by his mother’s cooking for him as a child and the sense of family and community that grows around the dinner table. When the opportunity came to take over the space, Ian jumped at the chance to continue the tradition of fresh and local cuisine in the heart of Halifax.

Upstreet BBW Brewhouse

Upstreet BBQ Brewhouse is all fired up to bring Dartmouth a tasty range of authentic Southern barbecued and house-smoked meats, crowd-pleasing salads and down-home sides. Inspired by our neighbours in the South, mouth-watering meats are butchered, slow cooked and smoked from four to twelve hours in Southern Pride smoker. To keep things fresh, Upstreet bakes cornbread daily, prepare sides in the old style, and offer a variety of bright and flavourful salads and vegetarian and vegan options.

Pickford & Black

This craft beer & seafood bar is inspired by its beautiful location and long history as a site of commerce and tomfoolery. The name comes from the Pickford & Black shipping firm established in Nova Scotia in 1876. What started as a ship grocer grew into a booming steamship line that delivered goods throughout the Maritimes, all the way to Cuba and Bermuda.
